Fleet Force is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Associate with experience in the automotive industry and a strong drive, sales, and organizational skills. If you have good computer skills, leadership skills, and have prior experience in auto parts, we invite you to apply.
Responsibilities :
Manage Your Team : Lead a team of mechanics to ensure quality work, honesty in diagnostics, and accuracy in documentation of work performed.
Inventory Management : Receive and accurately allocate incoming inventory items.
Scheduling : Schedule daily work and plan our weekly production.
Customer Relations : Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with our valued customers through honesty and integrity.
Preparation : Equip your team for high performance and ensure their success.
Warehouse Maintenance : Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse daily.
Delivery Services : Be readily available to receive local deliveries as needed.
Requirements and Skills :
Knowledge : Must have knowledge of vehicle maintenance, including parts, diagnostics, and automotive mechanical systems.
Computer Proficiency : Possess proficient computer skills to navigate and operate various applications.
Leadership Experience : Previous experience in strategic management, team building, and problem solving.
Sales : Ablity to win our customer confidence and trust
Customer Service : Exceptional customer service skills.
Physical Capability : Able to lift or move products weighing up to 50lbs.
Drivers License : Be able to drive company and customers vehicles.
Team Player : Willing to contribute to various tasks to support objectives.
Organizational Skills : Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred but not required :
Valid CDL (Commercial Drivers License)

Job Details :
Automotive experience required, no exceptions.
Position : Full-time (salary)
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm, day shift, no weekends.
Location : In-person
Requirements : Valid drivers license and insurable on our policy.
