What you'll do
- Diagnose & Repair: Visit rock quarries and job sites to assess and fix glass issues in heavy equipment and fleet vehicles.
- Craft Custom Solutions: Create custom-fit glass patterns and apply advanced installation techniques.
- Master Tools & Equipment: Use specialized glass cutting tools.
- Lead with Expertise: Become the go-to person for tricky repairs, innovative fabrications, and fleet management.
- Build Relationships: Collaborate with site managers and customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- 5 years of glass repair experience with heavy machinery or fleet vehicles.
- Experience operating specialized tools, equipment, adhesives, and sealants to perform glass installation and repairs.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with specialized tools.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, work in diverse weather, and climb heights up to 50 feet.
- A clean driving record and a commitment to safety standards.
