Diesel Mechanic Working Foreman

Aim Transportation is opening up a shop near you!
- Pay : $75,000- $90,000 Bonus (based on experience)
- Shift / Schedule : 1st Shift 7 : 00am – 4 : 30pm
- Assign scheduled work to the technician with the required skill set to accomplish the task
- Monitor assigned tasks and give technical or hands on assistance when necessary to ensure that repairs are completed to meet the Agreed Date and Time
- Coach and mentor techs to broaden their triage and repair capabilities
- Complete own assignments while monitoring all work in progress on assigned shift
