Work Schedule :
- 2nd Shift : Monday-Friday from 5 : 15 PM-2 : 00 AM (with potential mandatory overtime)

Job Responsibilities :
Accurately match numbers & lettersAccurately stage and sort products for loadingLoads and unloads trailersOpens and closes dock doorsMaintain a clean and safe work areaSorts and places parts in racks or other designated areasPulling of manual dock chainStacks cardboard boxes and palletsMove materials within the warehouseComplies with all safety requirementsPackage or kit finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling)Electronically scan products using a warehouse management systemQuality controlEnsure damaged products are identified and removed when receivedComplete daily logsCommunicate with associates from other shiftsAttach identifying tags to containers, or mark them with identifying informationRead work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material and equipment needsRecord numbers of units handled and moved, using daily production sheets or work ticketsAssemble product containers and crates, using hand tools and precut lumberPack containers and re-pack damaged containersReads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved,gathered, or distributed
Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to productionworkers or assembly line
Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station orshipping department
Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standardsUses computer to enter recordsPrepares parcels for mailingMaintains inventory recordsOperate forklifts, pallet jacks and a variety of warehouse mechanical equipment (where applicable)Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to transport stored items from warehouse to plant or to pick up items from severallocations for shipment (where applicable)
