What are the responsibilities and job description for the Silverware Roller with Night and Weekend Availability position at Fleet Landing Restaurant and Bar?

The silverware roller ensures that the restaurant is stocked with clean silverware so that guests can eat (you is important!!). You will be on your feet for the duration of your shift. You are responsible for communicating with the dishwashers when clean silverware is needed, polishing all silverware, and rolling a minimum of 15 roll-ups per minute.
