Your Opportunity
We are seeking a Dietary Aide- Evenings whose primary responsibility consist of performing dining services duties including kitchen preparation, food tray preparation and dining room service. Ensures compliance with all legal and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assembles room trays from tray line steam table cook and places in room delivery carts.
- Sets up beverage cart and soup cart and delivers to skilled care dining room. Serves residents
- Cleans and re-sets tables for next meal service.
- Carries soiled linen to laundry.
- Returns beverage cart to kitchen and restocks for next meal.
- Stocks snacks, thickened liquids, canned juices. Restock food deliveries as needed
- Sweeps dining room as required, prepares condiments, and rolls silverware.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
Institutional food service background desired but not required. Orientation, regulatory training and on-the-job training provided.
