Job Description
As a Server at Fleet Landing, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch dining services to our residents and guests. This includes waiting on assigned tables, taking orders, setting tables, bussing tables, completing assigned side work, and charging all residents waited on in the Pinnacle System.

As a Server at Fleet Landing, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch dining services to our residents and guests. This includes waiting on assigned tables, taking orders, setting tables, bussing tables, completing assigned side work, and charging all residents waited on in the Pinnacle System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formally greet each resident/guest seated in your designated station, providing prompt and courteous service.
- Serve meals to residents/guests according to established rules of etiquette, working in a formal setting.
- Observe diners to respond to any additional requests.
- Offer recommendations on best-selling food items and answer questions regarding food preparation.
- Take meal/drink orders and deliver them to the table using proper dining room etiquette.
- Enter orders into the Full-Count Point of Sale System.
- Navigate through each screen of the P.O.S. system to charge residents/guests correctly and print out checks for signature.
- Participate in the bussing and resetting of assigned tables.
- Ensure all resident/guest needs are met, including plates, utensils, glasses, napkins, beverages refilled, and other requests satisfied as much as possible.
- Maintain specific side work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of your designated station.
