DUTIES:
- The ability to comprehend, learn, and perform level 1-2 technology support and assistance.
- Field and accommodate incoming Resident and Staff support requests via internal extension and or email.
- Schedule and conduct Resident visits; ensuring a structured cadence for in-home visits, telephone support, and other activities.
- Efficiently manage time and resources to provide Resident-Staff technology support.
- Works under the supervision of the IT Manager. Coordinates with the Enterprise Systems Specialist
- Coordinates with Managed Service Providers(MSPs) as needed, such as StepCG and Uniti Fiber.
- Smart Device WIFI Password Assistance
- Computing Device WIFI Password Assistance
- Assist with setup of TV Netflix accounts
- Assist with setup of TV Amazon Prime account
- Assist with basic Smart-Phone User usage
- Assist with Smart-TV APP add, delete, changes
- Assist with basic Windows PC navigation and usage
- Clear Internet Browser history and/or cookies
- Attach printer cable to a PC
- Install Fire Stick or similar device
- Personal printer configuration setting changes
- Troubleshoot printer software/drivers for Win PC
- Home scanner device paper jam assistance
- Install MS Office software on Windows PC
- Install or remove PC Virus software
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Windows Operating Systems. Microsoft certifications preferred. Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware and software) and multi-site networks. Experience in managing and controlling information technology budget.
Working knowledge of telecommunications systems and integrations. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Outstanding communication abilities.
