FULL TIME AUTOMOTIVE RENTAL AGENT
LOCATION: HILLIARD
Do you like to work where time flies and every day brings a new direction? Fleet One Rental needs a dependable and motivated Rental Agent that wants growth and career opportunity at our HILLIARD/WEST COLUMBUS location.
The Fleet One Rental Agent will need to be focused on the customer experience and product presentation providing the best vehicles and service level to all renters. Schedule is flexible with hours Monday- Friday 7am -6pm including select Saturdays (9-noon). Closed on Sundays and no late nights!
Responsibilities:
- High School diploma required and must be 21 years old.
- Complete basic vehicle cleaning including interior and exterior to standard.
- Ability to work outside and drive up to 2 hours at a time.
- Ensuring positive customer experience for renter.
- Ability to drive multiple types of vehicles up to 26’ box truck.
- Schedule outgoing rentals, maintaining up to date accounts and returning rentals.
- Work with service and body shop advisors to schedule dealership rentals.
- Complete accurate and complete rental contracts for all channels of business
- Handle updating contracts, payments and completing insurance verifications.
- Complete vehicle condition inspections, check fluid, tire pressures.
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to use a tablet, computer, cell phone and printer.
- Excel, Outlook, Word
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
Schedule:
- Available 32 to 40 hours
- Work hours are flexible and vary between 7am to 6pm
