What You'll Do:

Lead daily operations of the Tractor Shop and field maintenance team

Organize, prioritize, and assign repair jobs and road calls

Conduct and oversee quality assurance inspections

Ensure adherence to safety standards and company SOPs
-
Collaborate with other departments and customers for efficient service delivery

Perform estimates, submit invoices, and follow-up on customer satisfaction

Maintain shop and service truck readiness and cleanliness
-
Meet a minimum of 25 billable hours weekly through direct repair work
What You'll Bring:

High school diploma required; degree or equivalent experience preferred

Minimum of 4 years in the truck/trailer repair industry

Strong mechanical aptitude and quality assurance mindset

Proven leadership and delegation skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Clean driving record; CDL-A preferred but not required

Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and perform physically demanding work
Bonus Points:

Master ASE Certification (or willingness to obtain within 2 years)

Familiarity with Fleet Perform, ARIBA, or similar platforms

Proficiency with Microsoft Office & smartphone-based applications
