Position Summary:
Works closely with the Manager of Client Engagement to assist in facilitating the Fleet Response Client Engagement program including pulling together reports and presentations, scheduling and coordinating client calls, recording meeting minutes and managing follow-up items from each meeting. This program exists to assist existing clients to make recommendations that strengthen and sustain relationships.

Existing Client Support:
Works closely with the Manager of Client Engagement to assist in facilitating the Fleet Response Client Engagement program including pulling together reports and presentations, scheduling and coordinating client calls, recording meeting minutes and managing follow-up items from each meeting. This program exists to assist existing clients to make recommendations that strengthen and sustain relationships.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Existing Client Support:
- Routinely schedule and coordinate meetings and assist with client presentations.
- Routinely communicate internally the results of client meetings and action items to ensure timely task completion and all departments are informed.
- Completes Software demonstrations to existing and potential clients. Facilitates software training and new account set up.
- Assist in documenting action items, post meeting notes in internal systems.
- Assist with client reporting needs, data updates and custom presentations as assigned.
- Assist other client engagement team members on the facilitation of new accounts.
- Assist with completing onboarding tasks associated with new account rollout.
- Produce specialty sales PPT as needed.
- Works closely with Client Services and Safety Support management to coordinate client requests and meet evolving client needs.
- Weekly meeting with Manager of Client Engagement and client engagement team
- Confirm required client meetings are delivered.
- Assist in providing client deliverables in a timely manner and tracking the coordination and completion of special projects.
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to display effective accurate written and verbal communication.
- Strong Excel skills required, with the ability to utilize other Microsoft Office Products.
- Effectively deliver information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers. Professional demeanor and presentation skills required.
- Practical problem-solving skills, dealing with a variety of variables and situations.
- Strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and multi-task. Demonstrated skills working proactively to manage tasks and projects.
