Job Description
Fleet Response is looking for a highly skilled Safety Account Operations Manager to coordinate the daily operational needs of safety accounts and participate in other support needs.
Daily Operational Needs:
- You will be responsible for managing the daily operational needs of safety accounts, which includes:
- Coordinating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Developing and implementing plans to meet client needs and exceed expectations
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure excellent service delivery
Safety Services and Tools:
- You will be responsible for ensuring the effective use of safety services and tools, which includes:
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and implement changes to enhance client experience
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new safety services and tools
Sales and Client Support:
- You will be responsible for supporting sales efforts and providing exceptional client support, which includes:
- Assisting with sales proposals and presentations to clients
- Developing and delivering training programs to clients on safety best practices
- Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Report/Data Administration:
- You will be responsible for preparing and sending reports and data to clients, which includes:
- Developing and maintaining accurate and comprehensive reports and data sets
- Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of reports and data to clients
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify trends and insights from reports and data
General Business Development Responsibilities:
- You will provide back-up support to the front desk as needed
- You will perform administrative duties and special project work as assigned by the Client Support Supervisor
- You will provide user support via phone and email
