Client Support:
- You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing support and guidance on safety-related matters
- You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- You will assist with sales efforts, including developing and delivering training programs to clients on safety best practices
Sales Efforts:
- You will assist with sales proposals and presentations to clients
- You will build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new sales strategies and initiatives
Report/Data Administration:
- You will prepare and send reports and data to clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
- You will develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive reports and data sets
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and insights from reports and data
General Business Development Responsibilities:
- You will provide back-up support to the front desk as needed
