Payroll Systems Manager

FLEET Response is seeking a Payroll Systems Manager to join our Englewood, CO team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Oversight:
- Supervise a Benefits Administrator and Payroll Processor.
- Collaborate with outside consultants as needed.
- Payroll Management:
- Oversee weekly payroll processing, with monthly and year-end reviews.
- Validate payroll audit reports, including taxation compliance.
- Ensures accuracy and completeness of HRIS/Payroll Data.
- System Administration:
- Administer and configure UKG Pro (required) and UKG WFM (preferred).
- Troubleshoot and build system functionality as needed.
- Configure annual benefits offerings in UKG Pro
- Year-End Coordination:
- Manage year-end checklists and W2 preparation.
- Project Management:
- Onboard future acquisitions into the UKG environment.
- Perform payroll analysis and create ad-hoc reporting (BI or otherwise).
- Support open enrollment and benefits changes in UKG administered by the HR team.
- Assist with General Ledger rules configuration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with UKG Pro is required; experience with UKG WFM is preferred.
- Ability to work onsite in Denver, CO, is highly preferred.
- Must be well versed in FLSA and state laws regarding payroll practices
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate in a dynamic environment.
Salary: $100,000-$110,000
