About the Role
In this Operations Specialist II position, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily operational needs for a safety account book of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety Services:
- Support safety clients with their operational needs
- Manage data exceptions and perform claim audits on assigned accounts
- Review and validate special state release forms and COI or DQ documents
- Client Tools and Sales:
- Support clients with their tool needs and prepare sales proposals as requested
- Conduct VISIBILITY training and set up client access
- Report Administration:
- Prepare and send reports to clients
- Review and analyze data in reports
- General Business Development:
- Provide back-up to front desk
- Perform administrative duties and special project work
