RestorePro is a busy full-service Disaster Restoration Company looking for an experienced Water Mitigation Technician to join our Charlotte, NC team.
We specialize in restoring residential and commercial properties after emergency situations caused by water damage, flood damage, mold damage, fire/smoke damage, and biohazard/trauma events. Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation. Must be able to rotate on-call after hours. Must be drug-free and pass a background check. Pay is based on experience. RestorePro will pay for continuing IICRC certification renewals. Higher starting pay for individuals experienced in multiple aspects of restoration.

Job Duties:
- Water extraction
- Fire damage and smoke cleanings
- Perform demolition
- Clean up and debris removal
- Containment Set-up
- Decontaminating
- Setup and monitor remediation equipment
- Carpentry repairs
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in water mitigation, mold remediation and fire/smoke cleanings
- 1 year experience in carpentry
- Availability to work a rotating on-call schedule
- Available for regular overtime
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to lift 50 LBS
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid NC Driver's License
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- IICRC Certifications are required
Compensation
$18.00 -$22.00 plus overtime and on-call bonus
