## Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate jobs from start to finish
- Oversee daily operations of shop
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with other team members
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations

## Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Working Shop Foreman or similar role in the automotive/diesel mechanic industry
- Proficiency in project scheduling, blueprint reading, and estimating
- Knowledge of Microsoft office, Excel, Word and QuickBooks
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
-General knowledge of electrical, air systems, hydraulic systems a must
