This role requires excellent communication skills, as you’ll often be the main point of contact with customers, ensuring they understand the repairs being made.
In addition to technical expertise, we’re looking for someone with an ownership mentality who can take initiative and contribute to the company’s growth and employee ownership model.
Responsibilities :
- Travel as needed for jobs, primarily in Dupont, Redmond, Fife, and Kent
- Perform complex diagnosis and repair on diesel trucks and trailers ranging from Class 1 to 8
- Inspect truck components, including hydraulic and suspension systems, differentials, fuel systems, brakes, and powertrain
Requires :
- 2 years of experience working on diesel trucks and trailers
- Own tool set
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to pass a background check
Shift : To be determined. We're seeking someone who can adapt to changing demands and commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Salary : $30-35 / hr
