What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Sales Development Representative Manager within our Corpay division. This position falls under our Corpay Payables line of business and is a hybrid position.
As the Team Lead of the Sales Development Representative Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Corpay. You will lead a team of highly motivated and talented SDRs who are responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Your primary goal will be to coach, mentor, and inspire your team to exceed their targets while also working closely with other sales leaders to drive overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of SDRs to achieve and exceed their individual and team targets.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation, continuous learning, and personal development.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews with team members.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute strategic plans to generate and qualify new leads and opportunities for the sales team.
Collaborate with the Director of Sales to align SDR efforts with overall sales objectives and revenue goals.
Implement best practices and processes for lead generation, qualification, and nurturing.
Training and Development:
Provide ongoing training and development to SDRs, ensuring they have the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to excel in their roles.
Keep the team updated on industry trends, product updates, and competitive intelligence.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and individual SDR performance.
Regularly report on team progress and contribute insights to improve lead generation strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies, campaigns, and messaging.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and maintain a strong feedback loop.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
1 years of proven experience in a similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and demand generation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Data-driven and proficient in using CRM tools and sales enablement software (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator).
Results-oriented with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional coaching and team-building abilities.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
