Sourcing Manager / Main Objectives:
Recommend a sourcing strategy to meet customer needs, market conditions and maximize positive impact to the organization
Conduct market research, property analysis and market surveys consistent with customer requirements for Crew accommodations and Distressed Passenger accommodations
Monitor markets for price changes and escalate risks and opportunities, becoming hotel market experts
Develop pricing comparatives and perform analysis to support supplier selection
Identify savings and revenue potential in markets
Effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Deliver Cost Savings
Manage strategic vendor relationships
On call 24x7 for distressed passenger situations, when required
Strong negotiation skills, contract management experience
Understanding of supply base analysis and supply chain analysis
