Fleet Service & Towing Manager: Spokane Location
Shift and Schedule: 8 am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Must be available for emergency callouts, incidents, non-routine situations, or where further expertise is necessary to complete the job.

Who you will work for?
The owner and his wife that started the company 32 years ago and a leadership team of 3 other people company wide. We know each other by first name and work together to accomplish mutual goals.
What is it like here?
Collaborative. We communicate constantly, meet regularly, and manage our company under the principles of EOS (Traction) by Gino Wickman and The Way of the Shepherd by Dr. Kevin Leman.
Job Duties:
- Develop sales through InShop service writing, customer follow up, lead contacts, rival surveys, and obtaining 5 star reviews.
- Review and audit company wide invoices.
- Report weekly measurables.
- Manage, lead, and develop 4 teammates (mechanics and drivers) directly, and collaborate company wide with 30.
- Maintain PM services, repair needs, daily inspections, and driver reported issues for all our trucks in fleet.
- Identify and solve various problems that arise with teammates, equipment, customers, and facility.
Requirements: - Type 40 words per minute, proficient with computers, software, diagnostic equipment, and modern technology.
- Extraordinary track record of organizational skills, proficient in written and oral communication skills.
- Experience and references of your ability to lead people to accomplish their goals, your goals, and the company's goals in a mutually beneficial manner.
- A clean or near-clean driving record that will meet our insurance requirements.
- Must not use drugs (including marijuana at all, in any method, and have not anytime within the last 6 months) and cannot consume alcohol during working or on-call hours.
- Must meet WSP criminal background check standards
