FleetPride’s Area Service Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of shop operations, managing the overall performance of all areas of the Service Center including P&L, equipment, personnel administration, and work schedules. The manager will oversee multiple shops and have several service managers who report to them.

This is what we're looking for:
- Diesel shop management experience needed; multi-location management required.
- Oversee all service functions in designated shops
- Delegate and direct service tasks
- Great customer service
- Proactively coach employees to achieve goals and provide direction when needed.
- Act as the highest source of information for all service, inventory, and product-knowledge for the service managers
- Communicate and maintain good relations with vendor reps, dealers and subcontractors.
- Keep a safe and clean workspace at all times and lead shops in their safety objectives.
- Assist with warranty processing
- Monitor employee work and provide frequent progress reports in order to improve employee satisfaction and efficiency
- Follow and abide by all industry standards, regulations, and laws
- Help train new employees in company procedures
- Stay up to date on industry standards
- Ability to manage a P&L.
- Ability to calculate productivity
- Average oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Valid DL required, CDL is a plus.
- Ability to travel to all locations with region on a regular basis
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Work Days:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Cost management: 3 years (Required)
- Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)
- Sales: 3 years (Required)
- Diesel engine repair: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Minnesota: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (Required)
