The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes and production guidelines while ensuring high-quality standards and food safety measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares and cooks a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes.
• Ensures that all necessary ingredients and equipment are available and properly maintained.
• Operates equipment safely and efficiently, following manufacturer instructions and maintenance schedules.
• Participates in menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintains accurate records of food preparation, inventory, and waste management.
• Contributes to maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and regulations.
• Supports colleagues in meeting customer expectations and achieving business objectives.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in culinary arts or related field preferred.
• Excellent knife skills, familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment, and knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds frequently.
