About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Insurance Documentation Technician. Part time position would preferably onboard on location for about 60 days, then be full remote.

The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently collect documents from various carrier websites, attach them to our insurance agency management system, verify crucial information such as premiums, beneficiaries, and Personally Identifiable Information (PII), and process renewal information for active policies. Additionally, the role involves inputting new prospect information with utmost accuracy, entering direct bill commission details, verifying income, and pre-filling applications for our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong attention to detail, and demonstrate a commitment to following established processes diligently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect documents from diverse carrier websites and ensure their accurate attachment to the insurance agency management system.
  • Verify premiums, beneficiaries, and other Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to maintain data accuracy and compliance.
  • Process renewal information for active policies in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring continuity of coverage.
  • Input new prospect information into the system with precision and attention to detail, maintaining data integrity.
  • Enter direct bill commission information accurately to facilitate financial transactions and reporting.
  • Verify income information and assist in pre-filling applications to streamline the application process for the team.
  • Adhere diligently to established processes and guidelines to maintain operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to address any discrepancies or issues in data collection and processing.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in insurance data management.
