Job Summary
FG M Architecture is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the firm’s marketing efforts. This position provides an opportunity for a candidate to develop the requisite skills and experience for a career in marketing in an award-winning architecture, interior design, and master planning firm. This person shall provide coordination of various marketing activities and will report to the Director of Marketing and Executive Leadership. Full-time, in-person position with the potential for remote work one day per week upon completion of training.

Minimum Qualifications
· Experience interpreting request for proposals (RFP’s), request for qualifications (RFQ’s) and coordinating proposals for submission.
· Must be detail-oriented, organized, have excellent verbal/written skills, possess strong planning skills, be a self-starter who also takes direction well, and possess the ability to communicate effectively while meeting deadlines.
· Knowledgeable of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn
· Minimum of 3 years of experience working within the A/E/C industry required
· Professional degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, or Communications is preferred but not required.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
· Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Spark.
· Database understanding is essential; Deltek Vision or Ajera knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
· Targeted Project Marketing
o Research procurement services and websites for potential project leads. Organize for review with the Marketing Director.
o Assist in coordinating and producing qualification packages, cost proposals, presentations, boards, leave-behinds, and other marketing collateral for targeted client development efforts and building brand awareness.
o Conversant with Standard Form 330 (SF330) production.
· Social Media and Website Maintenance (with Marketing Director oversight)
o Manage all social media platforms. Develop a content calendar for regular posting to boost exposure.
o Update project information, personnel, and news features on our website.
· Public Relations and Community Outreach
o Serve as a point of contact for representatives of marketing-related products and services (e.g. photographers, consultants, publishers).
o Aid in scheduling and organizing company events, volunteer efforts, and fundraisers.
· Awards, Publications, and Press Releases
o Coordinate projects for award submittals and publicize winning projects.
o Coordinate efforts to feature the firm in local, regional, national, and trade publications.
o Assist with the development of press releases regarding the firm's activities and personnel.
· Information Management and Production
o Assist with compiling and maintaining the firm’s information database and electronic filing system.
o Assist with writing, printing, binding, packaging, and mailing qualification packages.
