Responsibilities :
- Play a pivotal role in handling many of the day-to-day activities for the healthcare practice’s account teams, including working with senior members of the team to drive client business and programs, connecting across our healthcare and agency teams, and providing client counsel.
- Be responsive and available to the team and clients, with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality (on internal and external calls, reviewing materials, working closely with the VP on staffing, roles & responsibilities, developing plans and strategic materials with the team).
- Be flexible and manage teams across accounts; coordinate with team on resources and mentor and manage staff; bring on agency resources to create the "best teams" and deliver results for your clients.
- Develop and edit high-quality written materials, including client annual plans, creative programs, social strategy and content, media and other stakeholder communications / materials, etc.
- Develop relationships and coordinate across external audiences : third-party organizations, healthcare professionals, media, etc.
- Explore and create opportunities for incremental business growth within your clients’ organizations.
- Manage team driving program plans and budgets for profitability; ensure regular communication to clients and agency management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Cultivate diverse teams and contribute to an inclusive working and learning environment.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $231,000.00. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications and geography. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off and / or other benefits also are available.
