Required Licenses:
[Kentucky, United States] Respiratory Therapist - Certified Respiratory Care Therapist
Valid and Current KY Board of Respiratory Care
Certifications:
(BLS) Basic Life Support required one month from hire date
(ACLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support six months from hire date
(PALS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support six months from hire date
