Senior Engineering Technician Opportunity!
Location : Arden, NC
Do you thrive on turning land development concepts into reality? Are you an expert in AutoCAD Civil3D and excited to work on diverse and impactful projects? FEI is looking for a skilled Senior Engineering Technician to join our dynamic team and make a difference in the land development industry!
Key Responsibilities :
- Use AutoCAD Civil3D to create site plans, parking layouts, subdivisions, streets, and utility designs, including water mains, sewer mains, and stormwater systems.
- Develop grading plans, erosion control plans, stormwater management plans, and final plats.
- Collaborate with Engineers to produce high-quality deliverables that meet project timelines and budgets.
- Process plans with governmental agencies for reviews and approvals.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures while maintaining top-tier quality. Qualifications :
- Education :
High school diploma required (Associates degree in civil engineering preferred).
Minimum 5 years of relevant land development experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D and Microsoft Office Suite .
