As our Survey Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, delivering exceptional results for our clients while building and maintaining strong relationships. Bring your technical expertise, leadership skills, and passion for precision to a role where you can truly shine.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Analyze field data and research to produce high-quality boundary surveys, loan surveys, plot plans, as-builts, and more.
- Utilize your expertise in AutoCAD, data collection software, and surveying equipment to guide and support field crews.
- Schedule and manage multiple survey crews to maximize efficiency and deliver on time.
- Act as the critical liaison between engineers, technical staff, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment, order supplies, and ensure accurate project billing and timesheet management.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Experience: At least 3 years of exceptional land development surveying experience.
- Licensing:
- A valid North Carolina Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or Survey Instrument (SI) certification.
- A valid North Carolina driver’s license.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Carlson, Topcon, Leica, and data collection tools.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
