Summary of the position .
The top candidate chosen for this key role will be responsible managing all aspects of planning, scheduling and coordination of assembly orders in addition to supporting S&OP process.

Responsibilities :
- Effectively handles a high-volume of production and planned orders.
- Processing, clarification, and confirmation of orders using SAP.
- End to End managing of all production orders.
- Manage orders that are for new assemblies, repairs and remanufacture.
- Communication on all order related topics (incl. scheduling picks, assembly, test and final inspection).
- Understanding of ECNs and implementing them
- Experience working with BOMs, routings and work centers.
- Checks inventory and release orders on stock arrival (bi-weekly report, action, delivery reliability)
- Initiates and supervises rush orders.
- Project management of key deliverable for medium to large orders.
- Supports the order management team
- Implements process improvements.
Required Knowledge / Skills, Education, and Experience

Education :
BS in business, technology, or related field. Non- business degree with relevant business experience will also be considered.
