Position Overview :
The Products & Process Manager is responsible for developing and improving profitable and quality products, services and processes for our Winergy brand. This role demands interdisciplinary leadership and coordination as well as independent thinking. Experience in Winergy's processes and products in the Wind Power industry is a welcomed plus. The ideal candidate will be intimately knowledgeable of wind gearbox technology, gearbox repair process and have experience with SAP.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead innovation in Winergy Gearbox (incl. Mainshaft and potentially other products) repair processes
Process documentation and alignment between departments
Supporting external and internal customer visits
Multi-brand products
