Fletcher Elementary School is looking for a full-time classroom teacher beginning in the 2025-2026 school year. The anticipated assignment is grade 4. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of best practices in multi-tiered systems of supports, use approaches for data-driven literacy and mathematics instruction, have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to the climate of the school. A working knowledge of Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is strongly preferred, along with the ability to build a respectful classroom community where students feel a sense of safety and belonging.
