The Sales Manager is responsible for optimizing sales, profitability, customer satisfaction and retention of new and used car sales deals while providing solid planning, motivation and coordination of the sales department through leadership and solid business practices.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train and develop a team of automotive sales consultants.
- Direct and schedule the activities of department employees and monitor performance to ensure individual and department goals are achieved.
- Ensure CRM is being utilized in accordance with dealership policies and expectations.
- Assist in closing deals and assisting customers as needed.
- Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately.

Qualifications
Pay : $267,000 - $300,000 / year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including salary, commissions, bonuses, benefits (vacation and sick), etc. Employees in this position will be paid a salary of $72,000 per year. Commissions and bonuses are expected to range from $195,000 to $228,000 per year based on performance.
