Your Role and Impact:
As our Non-Profit Controller, you'll be assisting our clients in handling the following types of responsibilities:
- Grant billing, grant compliance and restricted fund management
- Month-end and account reconciliations
- Financial statement review and preparation
- Board reporting
- Oversee Payroll, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and day to day bookkeeping
- Supervise Internal/External Staff
You'll not only manage numbers but also contribute to budget strategies, performance metrics, and financial planning. Your proactive and collaborative spirit will be crucial in our pursuit of excellence and growth.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field.
- 5 years leadership role in non-profit accounting, payroll, and budgeting.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to work in multiple client environment.
- Detail orientated, self-motivated, and flexible.
Job Details:
- Type: Full-time
- Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications
