Your Role and Impact:
As our Staff or Senior Staff Accountant, you'll be assisting our clients in handling the following types of responsibilities:
- Payroll, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and day to day bookkeeping
- Grant billing, grant compliance and restricted fund management
- Month-end and account reconciliations
- Assist with financial statement preparation and review
You'll not only manage numbers but also contribute to budget strategies, performance metrics, and financial planning. Your proactive and collaborative spirit will be crucial in our pursuit of excellence and growth.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field.
- 3 years in non-profit accounting, payroll, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to work in multiple client environment.
- Detail orientated, self-motivated, and flexible.

- Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on qualifications
