After Care Program Instructor
Flex has openings for part-time Program Instructors this 24 / 25 school year in our aftercare programs at Inspired Teaching Public Charter School. The position is Monday through Friday during the school year-hours are 2 : 45 p.m. - 6 : 30 p.m. daily but may vary. Instructors MUST have a passion for “making a difference”.
The Program Instructor will :
- Work well with a variety of groups including fellow staff, school personnel, families, and children.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment for our students
- Lead instruction in the program using Flex-approved curriculum and other resources
- Demonstrate effective classroom management techniques
- Communicate effectively with families regarding behavior and daily activities
