As a FLEX attorney, you will have access to temporary in-house counsel opportunities with companies throughout the tech sector. Upon joining our attorney roster, we will contact you about potential engagements that fit your skill set and availability, and you let us know whether you'd like us to share your bio with the company.
We are proactively recruiting attorneys with experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating manufacture and supply agreements, component purchase agreements, and various distribution agreements. Experience with supply chain management and IP ownership issues is ideal. Attorneys with experience from semiconductor, aviation, robotics, electrical equipment, and / or computer component companies are ideal fits.
