Bi-Lingual Mandarin High-End Assistant On-Site Irvine

One of California's leading educational service providers, FLEX College Prep, is seeking a dynamic assistant that has experience working Wealthy Elite Clientele to support the VP of International Markets within assigned markets and provide outstanding service to a wealthy elite client base.

What you'll do:

• Assist the VP of International Markets responding to clients
• Support the VP of International Markets in social media marketing such as Redbook, WeChat, TikTok, etc
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and effective resolutions to issues
• Collaborate with clients to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist clients
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive luxury brand experience

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3 years exp working with wealthy elite clientele
• Proven working knowledge of social etiquette
• Proven working knowledge of social norms while communicating with extreme wealth
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to establish rapport and garner trust
• Excellent time-management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Willing and Able to work On-site M - F 9:30am - 6:30pm
• Willing and Able to dress in professional attire appropriate for interface with wealthy elites
• Must be fluent in Mandarin and English
