Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential clients, industries, and market trends.
- Client Outreach: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, and networking events.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and timely progression through the sales cycle.
- Prepare Proposals: Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate Deals: Assist in negotiating terms and closing contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and goals for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to identify areas for growth.
- Reporting: Track and report sales activity, pipeline metrics, and client feedback to management.
Key Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 1-3 years in a business development, sales, or related role (wireless or tech industry experience is a plus).
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
