Job Description:
- Review and refine job descriptions to ensure they align with organizational goals.
- Conduct role analysis to identify necessary skills and competencies.
- Leadership and Employee Assessments: Design and implement leadership and employee assessment tools, such as 360-degree feedback or self-assessments.
- Analyze assessment data to identify high-potential employees and leadership gaps.
- Leadership Development Plans: Create and implement individualized leadership development plans based on assessment results.
- Collaborate with HR and department leaders to roll out training, coaching, and mentorship programs.
- Strategy and Alignment: Align leadership development initiatives with organizational strategy.
- Track and report the effectiveness of leadership development programs.
- Succession Planning: Contribute to creating and maintaining succession planning frameworks.
- Identify and nurture future leadership talent through structured pipelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, organizational development, or a related discipline.
