Overview
We are only looking for people who are serious about growing and developing into leadership roles.
*As a business development associate you will work with a mentor and learn how to generate your own business by knocking doors and setting appointments for in home presentations.
*If you are an experienced rep we will do an assessment to determine experience level and plug you into the position that fits you best.
To clarify *we do knock doors*, this is our primary way of generating business. If you are not ok with knocking doors 5 days a week (25 hours minimum) then this won’t be the right fit for you. This is a skill you get to take with you for the rest of your life- if you can knock a door and generate your own business- you are guaranteed never to go or stay broke.
Work hard play hard! We do monthly incentive programs, company outings, team workouts, dinners, and company trips.
Responsibilities/The Impact
- Develop effective self-generated sales strategies, leads and appointments with potential customers
- Accurately disposition and report on outcomes via our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
- Meet minimum required sales targets as set by sales leadership

Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards. A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
