Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Commission-Only Sales Representatives to sell cutting-edge cellular and internet solutions to both residential and business clients. This is an exciting opportunity to earn unlimited commissions based on your performance while helping individuals and businesses stay connected with the best technology available. We have exclusive offers for our local community and want the right people in place to add value for those we help. Agent will utilized a fully staffed call center. Once the sale is confirmed verbally the call center will finalize and build all plans so our agents no longer have to deal with the problems that can take valuable time away building orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Door-to-Door Sales: Conduct in-person sales presentations to homeowners and residents to promote our cellular and internet packages.
- Business-to-Business Sales: Reach out to local businesses to present tailored internet and cellular solutions that meet their needs.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify new prospects through referrals and outreach efforts.
- Consultative Sales: Assess the needs of customers and businesses, recommend suitable solutions, and guide them through the sales process.
- Closing: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to verbal consent. Call center will build all orders and ensure installation date.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Reporting: Track your sales activities and provide regular updates to the management team.
Key Requirements:
- Previous Sales Experience: Experience in commission-based sales, door-to-door sales, or business-to-business (B2B) sales is a plus.
- Self-Driven & Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule while staying focused on targets and results.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate product benefits and value to a diverse range of customers.
- Confidence & Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable discussing and selling cellular, internet, and technology solutions to customers.
- Ability to Travel: Willingness to travel locally to meet with customers in their homes or businesses.
