Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Account Manager for our Anord Mardix team This role can be based in the Southeast or Central US Regions. This role will report to our Sr Director of Sales. In this role, you will be In charge of the direct management of our Power services to targeted accounts within Data Center space.
What a typical day looks like :
- Deliver growth within existing accounts (Portfolio of 6 )
- Cultivate and manage relationships with customers at all levels, ensuring effective resolution of issues.
- Work cross functionally to lead commercial negotiations and manage client pricing changes.
- Oversee projects and initiatives aimed at maximizing cost of production (COP) and drive site focus on efficiency programs.
- Facilitate information flow and develop growth opportunities through pan-Flex contributions.
- Manage contract negotiations with the support of Flex legal team to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
- Enhance communication and drive best practices across multiple sites.
- Ensure all client programs are executed in accordance with contracts, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and track business risks, providing timely reports to the Flex business.
