Flex Logistics is 3PL warehouse company located in Ontario and Eastvale California and for over 37 years we have been delivering our customers' product to the market on time, all the time.

Our CSR will be responsible to:
- Review Receive Orders for delivery from customers
- Maintain constant communication with our Production/Value Added department to ensure the work that is required is completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Review Open Order Report multiple times throughout the day to ensure everything is taken into account and scheduled accordingly
- Communicate shipping schedule with customer
- Review Customer Orders, verifying information is correctly entered into the WMS
- Allocate orders and schedule pickup appointments
- Ensure all shipped orders are closed at the end of day
- Send signed BOLs to customer; when required
- Follow through with any questions from the customer
- Compile data for billing purposes ensuring all charges are captured
- Route orders in vendor portals
We are looking for someone who:
- Can build and maintain relationships between Flex Logistics and our customers
- Is self-motivated
- Has intermediate to advance knowledge of Vendor Portals
- Has the ability to work in a team environment and can bounce back and forth between multiple tasks
- Has Warehouse Management System experience; Synapse knowledge is preferred
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3PL Customer Service Experience is a must.
- 3 years of customer service experience in 3PL Environment
- Experience with Retail/Vendor Compliance Programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate Computer Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Prioritize tasks and attention to detail
- Identify and resolve problems with a sense of urgency
Preferred Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Synapse
