Flex-O-Glass is seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Finance Intern for the Summer of 2025. This hands-on internship provides an opportunity for a student pursuing a degree in finance or related degree study to gain practical experience in plastics manufacturing, database design and systems processes. The intern will work closely with our Finance department to design and implement new opportunities to impact new and emerging systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who has an ambition to grow within a finance-based role and showcase their skills.

Job Scope
- Learn and understand current inventory control mechanisms and be able to report process improvements
- Help drive the process improvement strategies and aid in performance metrics
- Understand system abilities and capabilities toward improving upon how reporting occurs across company
- System upgrade recommendations based on research and industry standards to enable better reporting
- Develop new ERP processes and impact of new processes on impact of overall finance initiatives
- Develop new innovative reporting protocols
- Present new system design initiatives to aid in maximizing potential
- Pursuit of college degree in finance degree or related field
- Ambition to learn new systems or product capabilities
- Past experience with other ERP systems is helpful but not required
