We are seeking a Selling Branch Manager with Staffing Sales and Management Experience to become an integral part of our team! The SB Manager will be goal driven, persistent, and not afraid of a challenge.

Qualifications / Requirements :
Established book of business with warehouse & distribution / fulfillment centers (Sign-on bonus awarded : Based & determined on size / volume of current book)
Bilingual Preferred; not required.
Proactive problem solving skills.
Think on your feet" abilities.
Proficient in multi-tasking.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong leadership qualities within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
Build, grow, and maintain strong client relationships (New & Existing); Strong account management.
Achieve branch growth by business development : Cold calling and prospecting new clients.
Cultivate strong client relationships by speaking and meeting with clients frequently to understand their needs and provide customized staffing solutions. (Every client is different)
Provide clear and consistent correspondence with clients, providing order updates, requests for information, cancellations, etc.
Communicate with internal team members to ensure complete client satisfaction. Ex : Orders are received and filled appropriately per each client’s request.
Process designated payroll in a timely manner according to company policies and procedures.
Train, develop, and motivate new and current team members to achieve company goals.
