What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contracts Review Attorney position at Flex Professionals?
Job Description :
Reports to CFO. Review approximately 2 contracts per month including :
- Review contracts for accuracy and consistency and revise as required. Contract types include Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Non-disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), distribution contracts, vendor contracts and others.
- Conduct research as needed.
- Assist in negotiation as needed.
