Job Description :

The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in streamlining and maintaining business operations across multiple functional areas. This position supports business growth through effective management of client services, administrative processes, and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized self-starter who can work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities :

Client Services & Project Support

  • Manage client onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Oversee assessment platforms and reporting systems
  • Coordinate project documentation and communication channels
  • Support quality assurance of client deliverables
  • Maintain client relationship management systems

Operations Management

  • Oversee contract administration and documentation
  • Manage vendor relationships and system access
  • Coordinate internal and external communications
  • Support executive administrative needs
  • Maintain organizational documentation and processes
  • Business Development Support

  • Assist with proposal management and submission
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives
  • Coordinate event planning and execution
  • Manage inquiry routing and follow-up
  • Track business development opportunities
  • Administrative Leadership

  • Oversee HR-related documentation and processes
  • Manage IT compliance and security protocols
  • Coordinate team events
  • Support organizational planning initiatives
  • Maintain digital asset management systems

  • Qualifications :
