Financial Services company in Tysons seeks part-time, hybrid recruiter for project.
Hours / Schedule : 20-25 hours / week, flexible schedule
Job Type : 3 month project (could be extended)
Location Requirements : Hybrid, 2 days / week in office with additional virtual work
Rate : $40-50 / hour
Job Description : Partner with HR team, company leaders and managers to identify and attract best in class talent for critical roles across the organization. Role will include full life-cycle recruiting to include sourcing, vetting, scheduling interviews with managers, assist with offers, and onboarding.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Recruiter preferably in the financial services industry
- Experience with ATS (knowledge of Trakstar a plus) and tech savvy
- Ability to work well independently, problem solve and think critically
- Excellent operational, process and execution skills
- Strong relationship building and management skills
