Full Time Member Support Specialist (201551)

This position will be working in an office setting for our client in the Appleton area. As a Member Support Center Specialist, you will create a positive first impression and establish strong member relationships while assisting members, potential members, and other departments with their requests by phone or electronic methods.

Responsibilities:

• Assist members with account inquiries, account maintenance and problem resolution on the phone, by email, or in writing via other electronic methods as required
• Answer a high volume of incoming calls
• Troubleshoot calls regarding member accounts
• Provide knowledge about account titles and designations and identify parties authorized to access account information and perform transactions
• Cross sell products and services while educating members on products and services that meet their needs
• Provide information and direct members to appropriate representatives
• Achieve member service goals and support department service levels

General Information:

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Wednesday from 8am-5pm, Thursday and Friday rotate between 8am-6pm and every other Saturday from 9am-12pm, Every 4^th Wednesday of the month will work until 7pm

Pay: $20.00/hour

• Ability to meet metrics and upsell products and services
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and remain calm in a high stress environment
• Ability to navigate throughout multiple programs on a computer at one time
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
